Our catering package features a vast array of service options for your needs. We have become the go to catering service in Parry Sound and Muskoka area. We had over 30 wedding booked in 2022 alone with many of the events held at the Stockey Centre, private cottages and many other event venues. Di Salvo’s Hospitality Group believes it is important for our client not to run out of food; as a caterer we always make a contingency to over produce the required amount of food by 15% - 20%. This is a common practice of the best operated catering companies to ensure ample quantities are available for any possible issues that may arise. This over produced product is the property of Di Salvo’s Hospitality Group and is usually used to feed our hard-working staff after the clients have been served. Some clients in the past have asked us to have any leftovers packed up for them, which is fine but is available at the market cost of 20% of your food service invoice. This must be requested and paid for in advance so we can bring along proper packaging.
